This skirt is made in a luxuriously soft and lightweight blend of cotton and silk with a subtle lustre. The Librarian is a gently elasticated skirt, that falls flatteringly over the hips before flaring into large voluptuous and undulating panels. Fabricated in sculptural materials, the skirt is both minimal and impactful.
